How To Use

Burn each candle for around 30 minutes at a time, allowing it to accompany you throughout your journey while preserving enough wax for the Final Ceremony.

Return to each flame whenever you need its guidance and energy.

When you feel ready, gather the remaining candles together and light them in sequence to honour the woman you have been, embrace the woman you are and welcome the woman you are becoming.
